My son takes his car and my car here often. We always have great service. This time they were able to fix my son's AC system and we are so grateful because this GA heat is disrespectful.

I went to precision tune April 21st 2026 because I needed an oil change. Now I hadnt had one since I had gotten my car june 8th of 2025, today 6/29/26 I went to get my 02 senior fixed at Gray tire, asked to get an oil change. After they drained the oil, we found out my oil housing was broken. The only other people who changed my oil was precision tune. So they tightened my filter and broke my housing. I called them this morning about 11:04 and informed them of this, left a message because no one answered the phone nor have they called me back and its now 5pm on 6/29/26. I feel like I should be compensated for having to have my car fixed, it a asmt broken when I went to them but was when I left.

Thank you to Carlos, for giving me fair pricing for what needed to be done, as well as hunting down the parts that the repair required and assuring me of the time frame of which my car would be repaired. Also a thank you to Will, a very great mechanic, had some unfortunate events take place during this time and Will stepped up to help me get a ride to work just for the day l, and I really appreciate him going out of his way to assure that I was taken care of. This shop is great I’ll recommend! ( Hyundai Veloster 2015 Turbo)

Never ever go there if you care about your car , I have most worse mechanic and hold my life Allen , he damaged my car and damage my transmission because he don’t know how to work in German car. My car is a Mercedes and he keep it for one month and he wasn’t able to put CV axle correct in my car and then he said no the problem is the transmission so after he charging me $750 after he was give me all the excuse in world for why he was late to fix my car he was want to charge me $ 3000 for transmission , for sure I don’t trust him so as I bring my vehicle on Towing truck, and was very simple problem, I get him Towing truck but I the car was one worse shape have more problem after he wasn’t able to do the job right but he charging me $750 and waste my time for months and the problem is I try to connect with the company. No one help me so they have the worst customer service and your right is going to go and what you are going to deal with losing and losing and losing and a lot of excusing. I hope this review reach to anyone his car is broke down before he put it in the place, and he treat me like this cause you see me as a foreign. My English is not good and I have an accent so I ge
